i think the systems stinks in jamaica wen it comes to tryin to acheive birth certificate, i am livin in the states an my passport is expired, an the worst part of it my mom died, an because of that i was un able to attend the funeral and i made the opplicatin in 1998, an even no luck, i even sent a copy of my original an that still didnt make it any better, it stinks stinks ????????? shame on you jamaica I NEED MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
