I find on the online transcription of the 1823 Hanover census James Thomson, Kitty Sharp and 6 children: Jessy, Ann, James, George, Jane and Catherine. Ages range from 17 to 3. They lived at Spital. Any information about these people or their descendants would be welcome. And, where is (or was) Spital?
