This is a small paperback book, which consists of a list of names of folk who are clearly identified as "freedmen" in various primary historical sources, and gives the sources where they were found, and sometimes additional notes.

I ordered my copy directly from Professor Handler at the Virginia Foundation for the Humanities, 145 Ednam Drive, Charlottesville VA 22903-4629. It could also probably be ordered from the Barbados Archives.
