Hi,
I am trying to trace my family tree and have become a bit stuck. I am originally fron England and have traced my roots back to Barbados in the caribbean where I am presently staying. I have managed to trace my both my parents geneology back to my great grand parents but seem not to be able to go any further due to the lack of information pertaining to those who were slaves or born free between 1800 and 1900.

Would you or anyone you may know, be able to point me in the direction of any records you may know of else where?
