On a visit to Jamaica in July 2005, I paid for 2 hours research. All I wanted was my great grandmother's birth certificate so that I could find out where she was born. Despite promises from St Ann regional office that the information I provided had been passed on to Spanish Town, and despite chasing up on several occasions, now over a year later I have received absolutely no information. Typical Jamaicans, that's all I can say.

Does anyone have any ideas on what, if anything, we can do to improve efficiency?
