Re: [JAMAICA] finding lost sisters

IF YOU ARE IN THE STATES YOU WILL HAVE TO GO THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES IN YOUR AREA AND REQUEST AN APPLICATION FOR THE CENSUS, YOU WILL HAVE TO CALCULATE WHAT YEAR YOUR SISTERS WERE BORN AND WHAT ARE THE YEARS AFTER YOU WANT TO SEARCH FOR THEM, 1960 CENSUS AND BEYOND, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR, IF THEY ARE GROWN WOMEN THEY MAY BE MARRIED, THUS, THEIR SURNAME MIGHT HAVE CHANGED, THUS, IT MAY BE DIFFICULT TO TRACE THEM, IN THAT CASE YOU MAY HAVE TO TRACE THEIR MOTHER INSTEAD, IF HER NAME REMAINED THE SAME, AND IN LOCATING HER SHE MAY BE ABLE TO TELL YOU WHERE THE GIRLS ARE, THUS, ASK THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES, WHAT YEAR WAS THE LAST CENSUS TAKEN, AND THATS THE YEAR YOU WOULD REQUEST ON THE APPLICATION. REMEMBER, THESE CENSUS AFTER 1960 YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY. CALL THE OPERATOR AND GET THE NUMBER TO THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES IN YOUR AREA OR GOOGLE NATIONAL ARCHIVES.
