Not new, but very useful, the Web site, www.ThatsMyFamily.info, allows you to search the Quebec National Archive, the Library and Archives of Canada (LAC), and several other archives at once.

Available in English and French, this site is easy to use and links to many digital images as well as transcription. Many of the information dates back to the turn of the 19th century, so it's useful if your ancestors were Loyalists, served in the War of 1812, or escaped to Canada via the Underground Railroad.
