Have you done a simple check of Canada411.ca? The reason I say this is because I did a few cold calls several years ago, from names I found on Canada411 and I was able to find my Douglass cousins. It took me about six calls and I'm so glad I took the chance.

At the very least, someone may hang up the phone, but at the very most, you'll find David.
