Hi Lisa,
You left out one important thing. Will the information recieved by Ancestry be free to the public or will access to it require a subscription? If you require a subscription to access the information, why should we give it to free for free and have Ancestry profit from it? The term "collection" makes me think that a subscription will be need to access it.

Yes, I have family who live in the Dresden, Ontario area, but am not recommending that anyone send in their information at this point. They migrated to there from VA in the 1800s.
