As luck would have it when I went to my local FHC to order the microfilm of the 1861 and 1871 Ontario Canada Census, the 1861 (1 reel) and 1871 was there on indefinite loan. The 1861 reel did not include Harwich Township, so I will be ordering that one, but I was able to locate Warner and Louise and the children on the 1871.

It appears that although the 1880 US census says that the Louise and 3 children migrated to the US in 1870, it was infact sometime after 1871. I am also going to order the Ontario Death Index (1869-1897), to see if I see a death record for Warner and 2 of the children who don't appear in the US census for 1880.
