I see the 1880 U.S. Census, where Angelique had died, and three of the sons, Weston 18, Joshua 16, and William 14 were all born in Canada.
The problem you're gonna have is the years that the family probably lived in Canada ... they probably arrived AFTER the 1861 Census was taken, and they left Canada BEFORE Canada started recording vital records (in 1869). In the 1900 U.S. Census where is says "Canada Eng," it means that their native tongue was English (as opposed to French) and generally refers to Ontario.
What I'd suggest you do is to order the marriage records for those three Harrison sons born in Canada, to see if you can determine where in Canada they were born, and from there, we can get busy to try to find records to document their lives in Canada.
I did a search of the Illinois Marriage Index for White County and found the following:
JOSHUA HARRISON married Lutiney Jane Parks in White County on 11/24/1898;
WESTON HARRISON married Mary F. Rouse in White County on 02/26/1891;
I didn't find a William Harrison's marriage in White County, and found tons in other counties, so I'm not sure which one is his.
At any rate, these marriage records "should" help us ... fingers crossed.
Let me know if you need any additional help. All the best in your research.
