I am a documentary filmmaker doing research for a project about slavery in Canada. I am specially interested in finding descendants of slaves owned by Loyalists and brought to Canada after the War of Independence. If anyone in Canada or the U.S. has traced some of the ancestors and found that they were in this situation I would love to hear from you.
