My first thought, SLOW DOWN! You're overloading us with information. We really want to help you, but we can barely take a breath for all the data in your emails.

Though we appreciate all your hard work and enthusiasm, please give us one or two questions you'd like help answering. I'm trying to get you to start thinking in terms of a research plan ... small steps in a methodical fashion, no more than two branches of a family at a time, clearly defined objectives.
