No problem at all. The only black Millers in the Kent County/Chatham area in the 1861 CAN Census are as follows:

MILLER, Henry 46, b. USA, laborer, Baptist, black, sheet 17, Kent County, Township of Chatham and Gore

MILLER, Spencer 56, b. USA, farmer, Baptist, black, sh 12, Kent County, Township of Chatham and Gore.
