Just a reminder that the Owen Sound Emancipation Celebration (one of Canada's largest) will be held this coming weekend, August 3-5, in Owen Sound, Ontario. This is the 145th anniversary of Canada's end to slavery and this celebration promises to be filled with fun, history, and a way for long-lost cousins to reconnect.
