I'm hoping someone with easy access to Noonan's compilation of blacks in the 1861 Census could do a look up for me. I'm looking for a James Christian Richardson, born abt. 1820-1822 in the US, possibly KY. I think he may have been residing in the Chatham area of Kent Co., Ontario.
