Owen Sound, Ontario will be the venue for the 145th Emancipation Festival to celebrate Canada's abolishment of slavery in 1834. The festival will be held the weekend of AUGUST 3-5, 2007 and will include a Homecoming Parade, live music, games, crafts and food vendors, and much, much more.
