Have you found any of them in the 1851, 1861 or 1871 Ontario censuses? I can do a lookup of the 1861, if that will help, from the book, "Blacks in Canada, 1816." The 1871 index of heads of households is online. Ancestry.ca (the Canadian version of ancestry.com) had digital images of birth, death and marriage records for Ontario. Have you taken a look at them? If not, I'll be happy to do a look up for you.
