Ancestry.ca (the Canadian version of Ancestry.com) has not only indexed all of the available Ontario Deaths, but has posted the images online. You'll also find all marriages indexed (not all images available yet) and many births.

Where were you three years ago, when I was doing all my Ontario research? What an amazing find. Worth its weight in gold!!
