Well, I'm simply thrilled that you found us and that you find our forum of interest. My hat is off to you with regard to your knowledge and personal experience with blacks in the Western Provinces. I suspect that one of my own Douglass ancestors left Ontario for Oklahoma and possibly wound up back in Canada following the same migration pattern your ancestors took to get to Amber Valley.
