I know very little about the Western Provinces and wondered what you meant by the "Land Best West" program and Canadian blacks being prevented from immigrating to Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Are you referring to the homestead claims made in these Provinces during the 1900s-1910s? Thanks much,
