I received a statement from the Office of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, posted 02-28-03 stating:

Ms. Copps appreciates your advising her of your concerns. Since this matter is the responsibility of the Honourable Allan Rock, Minister of Industry, I have taken the liberty of forwarding a copy of your correspondence for consideration.
