I am curious about the number of slaves (not from US) but enslaved in Canada there were. Were they clustered in certain parts/provinces? French Canada? British Canada?

I am sure that many of the links posted here may contain some of that information. However I would be curious to find out if there is or was a published comparison between Canada and the US. Are there statistics?

I've always been curious about the above ever since you and Art discussed slaves from Canada fleeing south to America.
