My head hurts from looking and not finding the father of Samuel W.C. MANNS.and I believe it to be his brother Charles( they are listed as living next door/same dwelling in two records) and maybe his cousin Thomas has some connection as well.

The family lived in Baltimore, Maryland .
Samuel MANNS was b. about 1858,

The problem is there are many named MANNS in the location and there are male MANNS surnames that are in the FREE records as early as 1810.

SAMUEL, Thomas and Charles MANNS appear frequently in the Census , I just can't figure out which is my g g grandfather.

I grately appreciate any ideas or clues that you may have to help me.
