The 1880 Federal Census in Hopkins Texas page 13 shows Solomon Green from North Carolina, born abt. 1849. In the 1900 Federal Census in Hopkins Texas page 22, Solomon's wife, Sallie, says she is now widowed. I cannot place Solomon or Sallie (?) Green before this time. I have spoken to other reseachers in both North Carolina and Texas, and none have ever connected back to either person. I don't know where to look now.
Please guide me in my reserch with these grandparents.
