My name is Marcella, my families name is Thomas/Mapp they are from Hancock,and Crawfordville area. I'm hoping that there is still some relatives around that may share some information. There are so many Mapps around that I,m hoping that someone will respond to this meassage. My grandmother's name was Odessa Mapp, the family resided in Taliaferro/Crawfordville during the late 1880's and early 1900's. During my research I also ran across someone that was looking for the same people that I was. His name is John Mapp. My uncle Henry Thomas was in touch with some of our relatives, unforunately he died in 1985, if there is someone out there that may know or remember Henry Thomas,I be very interested in any information.
