4. Have claimed (with Gail's help and insight) paternal GM BERTHA DOBBINS living with her GM LEE C. McDONALD in 1910 Attala Co., and in 1920, living with her other GM CRECIA/LUCRETIA DOBBINS in Noxubee Co., MS.
5. Still not sure who BERTHA's parents were but checking out a good candidate for her father. Ruled out GEORGE and LUCY DOBBINS as BERTHA's gp's. A better match is A./ALFRED and LUCRETIA (SISTRUNK) DOBBINS.

Duh! Suddenly occurred to me that my GM BERTHA DOBBINS' mother's maiden name had to be McDONALD. I am checking out WARREN DOBBINS as a possible father (son of ALFRED & LUCRETIA (SISTRUNK) DOBBINS).
