Seen on the actual certificate the informant is an EdnaBelle Williams and the undertaker is a Biningerman (sp) & Jones. There must be some connection to these folk in your query: "Enda B Billings or Billingsly (Williams) b. apprx 1896
Ike (Isaac) Williams b. apprx 1875".

You probably have Enda (24) & Isaac (38) in the 1920 Census living on Ironton, Lawrence Co., Ohio, both born in Alabama, as are their parents and "Ike" Isaac is employed as Fireman in a railroad shop.
