Thank you for your question. I continue to search county and state records (deeds, land, etc.) but I have not had success so far.

I also searched the 1865 Alabama census and did not see my ancestors.

I have also been reviewing census records and documents for the neighbors (Evans and Fraziers) of the Perceville's on the 1870 census.

I have also tried to review passenger lists of ships that sailed from Ireland to South Carolina to locate the surname so that I could follow the trail.
