It was a pleasure speaking with you yesterday. As per our conversation please find attached a copy of the deed for our family property. I have also listed below the Family/County information. Unfortunately, Georgie Marie Cook is not the right person. I have the information noted. Seeking to learn what deed content is meaning.

* We do not know who are Dennion's parents and grand parents
Dennison born 1858- found in the 1900 Census- We don't have Dennison's parents information
Indiana Branscomb born 1862
Indiana's parents- Bristol Branscomb- believed to be a white man born in Bristol, England about 1830
Found in the 1870Census
* We're not sure about her mother
Ellen's parents- Mother Ella Stewart
Father not listed on the marriage certificate, but I believe it may be Harrison Banks based on a 1910 Census
I'm not sure but I found a 1860 census noting Stewards that may be of relation
in Brunswick County
* Since the 1800's my grandmother's family also purchased 280 acres of land that was distributed throughout our family to this day. It is believed that the land was originally purchased by a Sally Cook. She bought the land with money received from the death of someone in the war. ( Civil War)?
Thanks,
Sonya
