"If All Of Afrigeneas Read the Same Book"
I shamelessly stole that from the 'Washington Center For the Book at the Seattle Public Library' who created "If All Of Seattle Read the Same Book" - a project designed to broaden and deepen an appreciation of literature through reading and discussion. OK, no more long sentences...lol.
The Book Club Forum is more than just a listing of suggested books to read. The Family can gather there to discuss any text. One such book, that most of the family has read, is 'Wind Done Gone' by Alice Randall. It's challenging in style, delivers a knock-out punch to another American Classic, and opens the door for further discussions on history, racism, and sexism. What are your thoughts?
