I'm almost ashamed to admit that this is the only book I have by Ms. Hurston, but, after reading it and her bios over the internet, I definately plan on getting more. There are so many stories in it that remind me of something my daddy might have said. Had it not been for this board, I probably would have never even gotten this or a couple of other books that I now have and throughly enjoyed reading.

The book that I have had also for a 'very long time' is 'A Feast for All Saints'. I started reading it and it seems to be getting harder for some reason, maybe it's me, but, I'm just waiting for someone to start a thread on it as George suggested and discuss it chapter by chapter...maybe I will!
