Family,
The Afrigeneas Online Book Club Chat will meet this Wednesday, March 13th at 9:00pm eastern; 6:00pm pacific. The place to be is in the Volano Chat room #2.
This can be accessed from any Afrigeneas forum.
Celebrating International Women's Month, we are discussing, among other things, Zora Neale Hurston's "Every Tongue Got to Confess".
In collaboration with the Afrigeneas Offline Book Club under Alta Cannaday's tuteledge, we will also be introducing the April selection "Redemption Song" by Bertice Berry.
We will follow the vibration to wherever it takes us; we will field questions about genealogy research, hang out, and get to know one another.
This monthly chat will keep us informed about literature that can help us understand ourselves and our Ancestors and perhaps poke some holes in those 'Brick Walls' we be starin' at!
I hope to see you there!
BTW, bring a couple of titles with cha'.
Peace
"Guided by the Ancestors"
