Just finished reading "Amos Fortune FREE MAN" by Elizabeth Yates. The story of a man "born the son of a king in the At-mun-shi tribe in Africa. At 15 he was captured into the slave trade and sold at auction in Massachusetts. It is his story of how he dedicated his life to fighting for his own freedom and the lives of those closest to him.
