My Great Grandfather's brother Jeff Garrett was listed in the 1870 Census with his Parents Isaac & Hannah Garrett, and some of his siblings in Laurens, SC. In the 1880 Census he is not listed with them, but I recently found a "Jeff" Garrett in the 1880 Census in Laurens County SC with his wife Margaret living with his in-laws Willie Wadsworth, and wife Jane. I have been trying to find Jeff and his wife Margaret in the 1900 Census with possibly some children, but I have not been able to find Jeff or Margaret as of yet. Jeff was born in Laurens, SC in 1859, and Margaret was born in Laurens, SC in 1861-63. If you have any information on Jefferson (Jeff) or Margaret Garrett beyond the 1880 Census can you contact me.
