Hi, Mr. Mel. I am not sure what your message means. I can only state that, as for myself, I am using the word 'blame' in its ordinary context. That the result of my foray into history has shown me where to place the 'blame' for certain events is based on the 'facts' that historical research has revealed to me. I don't think I am not confusing blame with fact, and don't really understand how the two terms can indicate the same meaning. Help a sister out here, please!!
