I am looking for birth records for 1895 to 1896 for Cape Mount Liberia, West Africa. I am looking for information on my great-grandfather, George Siafa Shamel Sherman, born December 31, 1896 or 1895. He was a decendent of the Tubman People from the Via tribe. who went back to Africa in 1836. He came to the United states with a group of missionary. I need to know who is parents were and if there was any sisters or brothers, or any cousins.
