Dear fellow researchers,

I have a picture of my 2nd great grandfather who was born in 1826 in Maryland and he was probably the second generation African American. While in Africa I was told that his facial features were much like the people of Benin.

I have a picture of President Mathieu Kerekou and the features are breathtaking. Can anyone tell me the ethnicity of President Kerekou?
