Any people with Madagascar or Guinea ancestry?

I have tracked two ancestors back to Africa. One was from Madagascar and the other from Guinea. I traced them through records instead of DNA,, so I don't know the exact clan or tribe yet. Anybody out there have ancestry from either of these two countries?
