I am looking for anyone that can help me with locating adoption records. The person was adopted in or around 1930 in Baltimore, MD
I am lead to think that she passed for white and was possibly adopted by a white family. Around the age of 10 she was formally back in the system and was formally adopted by the black family that also had one of her sisters. I am told that there were 12 siblings that were adopted out. I do not have the birth records nor adoption forms. How should I proceed? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks-
