What state are you referring to? How old are the children? To protect the privacy of the biological parents, I would not put that information online.

A lot of states have mediators who act as the go between the two families. They would contact the biological parents to see if they want the adoptive child to contact them, and things would go from there. Since you have the names, it shouldn't be too difficult to find them. Searching for them personally is also an option.
