I’m searching for my birth parents, siblings, or other relatives. Born 12-21-78 as Ronald Jerome (? last name) at Mt Vernon Hospital, North Tarrytown, New York. I am my mother's first born. I weighed 6lbs 13ozs at birth. I was adopted through Westchester County DSS. Other possible last names before adoption could have been Pennington or Parker. My adoptive parents (Ragin) are deceased. Birth mother (Parker) is a black female and was age 16, 5'4", 105 lbs. At the time she had an 8th grade education. She was a babysitter and counter waitress. Birth father was a 19 yr old black male. (I am told his name is John Pennington).
