Just this morning I assisted someone in locating their birthmom. He ordered his non id info from the state. He received a thick package from them. Well, the state mistakenly forgot to blank out his actual birth name. I went to the birth index and there he was in the index with his birthmother's name! He is now in the process of locating her via FB. He may also have a sister and a brother.

I guess the state's mistake was his true blessing.
