Below is the link to the Georgia Adoption Laws. Georgia is a state with sealed adoption records. The originial birth certificate can only be requested through certain circumstances as stated in the article I directed you to.

I hope this help and as in most states, the adoptee has to be of age to obtain adoption information such as non identifying information.
