The adoptee is my nephew. He was born on February 19, 1988 at City Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. His birth name was/is Delaunt Irvin Janey. Irvin Sylvester Janey, Jr. was his father and Marbeth was his mother (I do not have any further information on the mother.) Irvin was my brother. He died in 2002. Marbeth preceded him in death. Marbeth abandoned Delaunt at birth and left him at the hospital. He was placed into foster care immediately and soon after adopted. I have been searching for him his entire life. Please can you help me to find him? I was told that when he is 21, which is next month, it may be easier to find him, is this true?
