My sisters and I were in foster care for 12 years. I have a father of a different ethnicity than my sisters. My stepfather is my legal father and is on my birth certificate. On any records that I have ever seen from foster care I am listed under race as other and my sisters are listed as black. I wanted to know if there is any other information regarding my birth father. All of our known relatives are deceased.
