Why is it that some Americans believe the government is going make you see a government approved doctor under the government option health care plan?

I mean, does the government make people on Medicare--a government run health plan-- see a specific doctor?

Sounds like someone or several someones don't want government regulation. Can anyone name who might be afraid of government regulation?
