I am researching my family which is from Crawfordville (Tailaferro County), Ga. My Great-great grandfather was Isaiah or (Isaak)
Ellington, b. 1821, d. 1902. He married Everline (last name unk)b. 1820. The 1870 Census listed his children as Linton (b.1847), Reason (b.1854, d. 1906 or
1911), Martha (b. 1856), Primus (b. 1860), Mary (b. 1861) and Allen (b. 1864). The 1900 Census listed Joseph (age unk.) and a Godson (aged 19). He also had
a son named Wesley Dawson Ellington (b. 1853, d. 3/9/1919) m. Susie Jane Stewart (b. 1855, d. 6/17/1927)

The 1900 Census said they (Isaiah & Everline) had eleven children, but only 7 were alive then.
