You know I take long shots too. So far, I do not know if any of the Joines/Jones migrated to GA. I took a look at your Martin Jones in GA in 1870 and went to look in SC and saw a younger Martin Jones in Charleston, SC.

So far I have not been able to make a connection with any other family than Solomon and Jennette Joines. I don't have a clue of who his parents or siblings were.

I will stick this in my reference file for Joines and who knows....
