Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, I am not completely sure when and where Ed and Jane were born. However, I strongly believe that they were both born in Georgia possibly around the city of Columbus and Muscogee County between the years of 1850 and 1860.

My belief is primarily based on the information found in a 1920-1930 Columbus,Georgia census that listed my GGGrandmother Lucy Hood and her brother Henry Hood as being born in Gerogia and there parents being born in Georgia as well. In addition, Lucy's death certificate reflects the same information.

If you have access to a 1910 Georgia census, could you please do a lookup in that year. I would appreciate it and
any other resources that you could point me in the direction of that might help me find Ed and Jane Hood.
